Specialising in Steel Metal Supplies, Steel Fabrication and customisation, Sher Steel has built its operational structure around two fundamental product guarantees: to supply only the highest quality steel, and to provide 100% local capabilities in steel enhancement through customisation and fabrication.

Sher Steel founder, Jackie Palani has been a seminal contributor to the steel and alloy supply trade for the better part of 25 years. During that time, with the help of his team of artisan steel specialists, Jackie’s built Sher Steel into an outstanding industry establishment, and a trusted source of steel and alloy supplies.

Along with the day-to-day running of one of Gauteng’s premier steel companies, Jackie brings his vast experience to the industry as the vice chairperson on the board of the South African Stainless Steel Development Association, and as the chairperson of the Stainless Steel Export Council.

Jackie has also served as the chairperson of Mpumalanga Stainless Initiative (Incubation) and also the chairperson of Steel Fabrication Cluster.
